How does payroll work?
Payroll is available for contractors. You will receive earnings from our company if you are employed by another company via the ghrgroup.
What is the ghrgroup?
Basically the ghrgroup is an employment agency within the IT sector. We have specialized in project oriented, temporary placement of professionals from within the IT sector.
How and when is GHR best contacted?
You can contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday / 8:00 to 17:00.
Whom may I contact for questions/concerns regarding projects?
If you have questions or concerns about projects, it is best to contact the Sales Candidates Team.
Does GHR also offer projects abroad?
No, the GHR exclusively offers projects in Switzerland.
Does GHR also offer payroll as a service?
Yes, we offer to take on payroll for external companies.
How do I become a candidate?
If you are interested in IT projects, send us your CV (including transcripts, certificates and references), and we will enter your data into our database. You will then receive the computerized profile to fill in, which provides us with more accurate information about your knowledge and experience. We will get in touch with you then to arrange a short telephone interview.
What are the requirements for becoming a candidate?
You must be a Swiss or EU citizen in possession of a valid passport.
How do I become a member?
All candidates who have received a successful offer become members. If you have once been engaged in a project, you will receive the member card and can then benefit from the numerous advantages.
What are the advantages of being a member?
As a member you will benefit from a variety of special conditions for offers, from a ride in a breezy convertible to discounted overnight stays. In addition, you will be cordially invited each year to our member event.
How will I be informed about new projects?
Once you have been entered into our database, we will contact you by e-mail if we have projects available in your field of expertise and that you are eligible for. You can find out about current vacancies at any time via our website, or using our mobile applications (iPhone / Android).
How do I apply for a project?
What documents are required when applying for jobs?
Firstly we need the candidate's current CV. It is very important to us to keep the profiles in our database as up to date and complete as possible, in order to optimize them in making offers for projects. We also require a short and concise statement for the offer (6-8 sentences), which makes clear what experience the candidate has undergone in this field. This considerably increases the possibility of the customer's interest. For some projects an additional questionnaire must be completed by the candidate, which includes the most important experience factors.
Can some projects be worked on remote?
If it is not explicitly mentioned in a vacancy, the customer basically wants a candidate who can carry out the work on site.
How do you support us when we want to hire a candidate?
We share your decision with the candidate and draft the contracts for both sides. During the project period we will be in contact with you and the candidate to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.
What fields do you offer candidates from?
We offer candidates from various IT fields. Our candidate pool consists of over 7,000 candidates, who bring with them all of their individual experiences and certifications from their fields of expertise.
Do you recruit candidates for permanent employment?
No. We recruit candidates for temporary projects. The time period can last from 3 months to several years.

What functional areas does your candidate pool cover?
Our candidate pool is very diverse. We can offer you virtually every role, from programmers and project managers, to interim managers.
Which workload levels do you offer?
The possible workload levels depend on the availability of the respective candidates. Basically, any workload level is possible. In most cases, however, the workload level will be between 20 and 100 percent.
How long can a candidate be recruited for?
The minimum contract period is 3 months. However, the duration of the fixed-term contract is variable.

How many candidates can be recruited simultaneously?
There is no limit for this. We are happy to provide individual candidates or even entire teams, with the help of our many service partners.
What languages do your candidates speak?
We maintain a large candidate range of international specialists, and thus many different languages are available. The language spectrum ranges from German, English and Russian, to various Slavic languages.
